- Living room with corner kitchen cabinets, table with 6 seats, sofa.
- Sink, water heater, gas stove 4 burners, refrigerator/freezer, microwave-grill oven, coffee maker, crockery.
- 1 bedroom with double bed 140×200, wardrobe and storage space.
- A children’s room with twin beds 80×190
- A children’s room with bunk beds 80×190
- Bathroom with shower, sink and separate toilet.
- Covered patio, garden furniture with parasol and barbecue. 2 sun beds.
- Blankets and pillows provided.
- Cleaning supplies: Broom, hard broom, brush, cans, buckets, trash, mop.
- Clothes horse.
- Electric heating.

- Hire of linen and towels.
- Baby kit (bed-table-chair)
- Cleaning costs end of stay.
- Cancellation insurance.

Booking conditions :
- Arrival = 16 pm – 19 pm (16 pm -20: 30 pm in high season) – Departure = Between 8 am and 10 am by appointment.
- Low season: Weekly hire or short stay Weekend, Midweek.
- High Season: Rental Saturday to Saturday.
- Deposit required on arrival: € 150, returned upon departure after inventory.
