Are there any reservation fees ?
Yes : 5€ / accomodation or pitch.
Can we put an option on a stay ?
Yes, the option is valid for 10 days and is confirmed with a down payment of 25% of the total price of the stay.
How can I pay ?
Banker’s card, Cheque, Holiday cheques, Bank transfer (state the client references which are given when you make your reservation.)
How can I modify my stay ?
By telephone or e-mail
Is there a cancellation insurance ?
Yes, 30€/week per accomodation & 20€/week per pitch.
What documents will be requested on arrival ?
The confirmation sent to you on receiving payment.
What are the arrival times ?
Low season : between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m
High season : between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m
What is the departure procedure on site ?
I am in a rental property : A check will be made of the property on appointment between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. the morning of your departure
I am camping : The plot must be vacated for 12 noon
Clients can stay on the camp site until 12 noon
What will I find in my chalet ?
You will find here a chalet inventory
Are sheets included in the rental ?
No, but they can be hires, 8€ per bed per stay.
How will I know where to find my accommodation / plot on the camp site ?
You will be accompanied on your arrival
What must I do if I think I will arrive after reception has closed ?
Contact us by phone to let us know of your delay and give us your estimated time of arrival.
What will I need to pay on arrival ?
Rentals : a cleaning deposit between 150€ & 300€ according to the category of accomodation (returned at the end of the stay)
Are barbecues authorised ?
Yes. A barbeque is included with each of the rental properties and barbeques are authorised on the camping plots.
Can we park our car on the camping plot ?
Yes, all camping/rental plots have a parking space included.
What do I need to know if I have friends to stay ?
You need to inform the reception and a visitors tax will be paid on their arrival
(Adult : 8€ and child : 6€)
What are the conditions for using the swimming pool ?
All the clients of our camp site have free access to the swimming pool. Shorts are not allowed so remember to bring your swimming trunks.
